Fresh batch of strawberry jam with Ellwood Canyon Farm Strawberries! Jack Motter from Ellwood Canyon Farms called me on Friday and asked if we needed some strawberries. “Sure,” I said, without thinking. Green Star Coffee Tasting

One of the best parts of starting a restaurant is all the tastings we get to do! This morning we met the fellas at Green Star Coffee in Goleta for a coffee tasting. Not only are these guys Certified Organic, fair trade, and members of the Smithsonian Institute “Bird Friendly” Program, but they also have great tasting coffee!
